		<description>@Aaron Thanks for the link -- that is a pretty fascinating listing of predictions (as well as a nice breakdown of the issues). I&#039;m assuming the piece was compiled in 2007. From my view, the predictions for 2008 are still works in progress, for the most part. I was not trying to imply that companies were not tackling MDM, but I do think most companies that have spend at least the first year coming to a realization of how complex the situation is. As the link you added indicates, there is a shortage of skills and talent available to bring a successful MDM initiative to fruition.</description>
